Perishable Product Policy

Mermaid’s Magic Sea Moss products are fresh, temperature-sensitive, and perishable.

For food-safety reasons, all sales are final once shipped or delivered

Refunds &Replacements

We may issue a refund or replacement only if:

    •    Your order arrives damaged

    •    You receive the wrong item

    •    The product arrives spoiled due to carrier delay or mishandling

Time frame: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required:

    •    Order number

    •    Photos of product + packaging

    •    Brief description of the issue

We respond within 24–48 hours.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not provided for:

    •    Perishable items returned to sender

    •    Customer address or delivery errors

    •    Packages not retrieved in time

    •    Product not refrigerated after delivery

    •    Personal taste preference

    •    Change of mind

Storage Responsibility

Customer must:

    •    Refrigerate sea moss immediately upon arrival

    •    Follow all storage instructions on the label

 Failure to refrigerate voids refund eligibility.
